Nokia has just released a handful of new budgetsmartphones announced, but the Finnish company would be even more devices planned. Images of a possible Nokia 5.1 Plus display an Android-phone with a large screen and sleek design.
Nokia 5.1 Plus video leaked
The Finnish manufacturer is working on a sibling of the recently announced Nokia 5.1, so claims TigerMobiles. This Nokia 5.1 Plus is a cheap Android smartphone, but with a larger, borderless screen. It would be the two Nokia smartphone with a notch, after the Nokia X6, which for now only in China appears. Above the image is a small notch for the camera and speaker, flanked by more screen.
The back is a double camera of an unknown number of megapixels. More and more Nokia smartphones come with a second lens on the back. So, the Nokia 7 Plus, which earlier this year appeared to be a primary 12 megapixel lens completed with a telephoto-lens 13 megapixel. This allows you to zoom in without losing quality in the image.
OnLeaks, a usually reliable telecominsider, on the basis of leaked information made a video of the device shows. These renders are based on rumours, and therefore are not from Nokia itself.
List price and release date unknown
How much the Nokia 5.1 Plus soon, it is going to cost is still unknown. The ordinary Nokia 5.1 has a suggested retail price of 199 euro, and presumably it is this Plus model a few tens above. That would amount to about 250 to 300 euros. Smartphones with dual cameras and borderless monitors are in that price range is still relatively rare.
When the Nokia 5.1, Plus it is revealed, is also unclear. The company presented recently three new devices, the Nokia 2.1 Nokia 3.1 and Nokia 5.1. Which are all only as from August in the stores. Probably see a any 5.1 Plus only then the light of day, sometime this autumn.
